Terms and Conditions


Rate for all membership/methods of access per month/pass is payable in advance. You may cancel your membership at any time. All payments for memberships are non-refundable, exceptions may be granted on a case by case basis. Payments will be taken on the 1st of each calendar month unless agreed otherwise for monthly memberships. Please allow 7 working days notice for cancellations for direct debit payments. Failure of payment will result in automatic membership cancellation.

Members must agree to keep and obey all rules and regulations now in force or in the future prescribed by Prime Gym. The gym owner reserves the right to revoke/cancel any membership and access to the facility at any time.

 

Membership Rules:

  1. Consider other members rights and privileges while they are training. When moving equipment around the gym, have respect for all members and the gym. 
  2. You are using the facility at your own risk and if you know of any reason why you should not be training or exercising that is the members own responsibility. 
  3. By using the facility, you know for sure you are eligible to exercise. Do not use any equipment unless you are confident in the safe operation and/or correct form of an exercise. It is your responsibility to ask the staff for a gym induction should you require one.
  4. Equipment will be checked for function and safety by the gym staff. All members are required to report any damages found to any equipment and refrain from using.
  5. Unload and re rack any weights after use and place in the plate/dumbbell storage racks.
  6. Prime Gym at times operates unstaffed, it is your reasonability to ensure you keep within your training limits to avoid injury and harm. You the member accept that you are training at your own risk during unstaffed hours which may change daily. 
  7. The member consents to and knows that CCTV is in operation in Prime Gym.
  8. NO PERSON IS PERMITTED TO OPEN THE DOOR OR GRANT ACCESS TO ANYONE BESIDES THEMSELVES. THIS IS HIGHLY IMPORTANT FOR SECURITY REASONS.
  9. ALL MEMBERS MUST SCAN THEIR UNIQUE QR CODE ON ENTRY. SHARING CODES OR TAILGATING WILL RESULT IN AN IMMEDIATE BAN FROM THE GYM. 
  10. Prime Gym takes no responsibility for, including but not limited to, losses due to theft, damage, car accident or personal injury.
